To ensure that your baby is growing at a healthy rate, weight gain during pregnancy is a good sign. It does not mean that you will exceed from the right about of weight you should have during pregnancy. To meet the needs of your growing baby, you just need to consume only 100 to 300 more calories.

During your pregnancy, you should gain 15.88 to 20.41 kilos if you are expecting twins. You and your baby need the right nutrients in order to be healthy. You can eat five to six small but frequent meals everyday to gain more weight. Always have cheese, crackers and dried fruit on hand.

There are a lot of ways to gain weight during pregnancy. You can spread peanut butter on apples, bananas or celery. You can even add nonfat powdered milk to hot cereals, mashed potatoes and scrambled eggs. Also, try to add butter, cheese and gravy to your meal.

There is a potential risk that your baby will only weights les than 2. 49 k when you gain too little. On the other hand, there is an increased risk of having an early baby when you gain too much during pregnancy.

You should only gain 11.34 to 15.88 kilos over the nine months when you began pregnancy at a normal weight. You should strive to gain a little more if you began pregnancy underweight. 12.70 to 18.14 kilos is the right weight gain for you.

You should only gain 6.80 to 11.34 kilos over the nine months when you began pregnancy overweight. If you are obese, you should only gain 4.99 to 9.07 kilos over the nine months.

About 16.78 to 24.50 kilos should you gain over the nine months if you began your pregnancy at a normal weight and are expecting twins. On the other hand, about 11.34 to 19.05 kilos should you only gain if you are obese. You can use BMI to measure your body fat based on your height and weight.

No need to rush in gaining weight during pregnancy. You can gain weight steadily and slowly. Just make your to stick on the recommended weight you should gain.

Weight gain during pregnancy does not signify that you are no longer healthy. You just have to keep an eye of your overall gain. You may gain weight because of some factors like average baby’s weight, extra stored fat, protein and other nutrients.

The main source of nutrients for your baby depends on what you eat and drink. The health of your baby relies solely on what you consume. It is not safe during pregnancy to continue drinking alcohol even small amount.

You need extra calcium for your developing baby once you are pregnant. Weight gain during pregnancy depends on how appropriate is your weight for your height and how much you weighed before you conceived.

Ask your obstetrician to help you come up with an exercise program that’s fit for you and always have a healthy diet. Too much gain weight can lead to cesarean delivery to some women. This can also post some complications such as preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. Again, always ask your obstetrician what’s right for you. Remember that weight gain during pregnancy matters a lot for baby’s development.

One of the most joyous times of your life as a woman is the third trimester of pregnancy. You will come to the realization that your concern is no longer yourself alone but the life you will about to give birth. This is also the time that the whole family will build a bond with the baby.

Your baby is preparing to become healthy and strong because he/she is gaining weight and size. You might be in a delicate situation when this happens. Extra precaution is necessary.

Third trimester is the great time of your pregnancy. Since your baby is growing already, he/she has only a limited space now to squirm around. You can really feel your baby’s movement more often.

Your baby’s body systems are already matured at this stage. When this is your first pregnancy, it is better to attend childbirth classes to help yourself be prepared for the most awaited event of your life.

The fetus begins to position itself head-down and the lungs are continue maturing. The fetus is about 48.26 to 53.34 cm long and weighs 2.72 to 4.08 g by the end of third trimester of pregnancy.

The irises of the eyes for most babies are slate blue. A creamy protective coating of the skin covered the baby.

There are a lot of symptoms a woman may encounter during third trimester of pregnancy. The mother will feel hot as the fetus radiates body heat. Increased pressure being placed on the bladder resulted to frequent trips to the bathroom.

The fetus presses on the main vein that returns blood to the heart causing decreased blood pressure to the woman. As the mother continues to retain fluids, edema happens. Hair may feel rougher due to increased hormone stimulation of hair follicles.

A woman may frequently experience leg cramps during third semester of pregnancy. At this point, your body is also preparing yourself for childbirth so you may encounter false labor at irregular intervals. Stretch marks are now visible in some areas of your body such as abdomen, breast and buttocks.

Your nipples are starting to produce a fluid in the breasts that nourishes the baby. As the skin continues to stretch and grow, dry and itchy skin may persist. A woman also notice decreased in sexual drive.

Dark patches of skin of the face may become more noticeable. You will still suffer from constipation, heartburn and indigestion. Increased white-colored vaginal discharge is common at this stage, just be sure it does not have a foul smell.

Lower back pains, hemorrhoids and varicose veins increased in intensity. You will feel more discomfort as your baby’s movement is becoming more obvious. Prepare yourself for the upcoming labor period as you go along with your third trimester of pregnancy.

Could it be that the Lord had blessed you with another pregnancy after miscarriage? You may fear that your childbearing days were over after your miscarriage. What are your chances?

It is important for you to be able to work through your emotions and pain if you have had a miscarriage. Any pregnancy loss before 20 weeks is miscarriage. It can happen without warning.

A miscarriage is plainly normal. Before a woman knows she is pregnant, pregnancy loss already happens.

Before the end of first trimester, most miscarriages happen. Early miscarriages occur before the twelfth week of pregnancy. A late miscarriage also happens in the second trimester.

It is really risky when you are pregnant. Is it important that you know the signs of miscarriage. Contact your obstetrician right away if you experience the symptoms.

During pregnancies, it is normal to experience light bleeding. It is not a sign of miscarriage.

There is no exact explanation on why miscarriages happen. If it occurs during first trimester, it is hard to identify the cause. To be able to identify why your baby was miscarried, your fetal tissue will be examine by your obstetrician.

The most common cause of early miscarriages is chromosomal abnormality. Up to 70% of first trimester miscarriages are due to chromosomal defects. Your baby’s DNA is carried by chromosomes. The common type of chromosomal abnormality is when the fetus develops abnormally.

Before you try to be pregnant after miscarriage, it is important to wait until you are fully recovered. It may take a longer recovery time. It is already safe for you to get pregnant again once you have had a couple of regular menstrual cycles. Emotional recovery can take longer than your physical recovery.

Before trying to get pregnant again, it’s best to wait a few months after each miscarriage. In order not to feel like trying again at first, it is best not to have sex for a couple of time after a miscarriage.

Always put in mind that you can’t do anything to prevent a miscarriage. What matters most is that you did your best to have a healthy pregnancy. There is still a big chance of having a successful pregnancy after miscarriage.

Make sure you have a nutritious diet and exercise when you are pregnant after miscarriage. Give up your drinking and smoking habit. You can do things to feel better as you go along with your pregnancy.

Take it one day at a time. It really works if you will just try. Make sure you know the causes of your previous miscarriage to be aware what to do to prevent it from happening again.

Take time to talk to your baby to tighten the bonds between you. Try some relaxation exercise. Be able to open-up with your partner about your feelings and concerns.

Always remember that the Lord will still bless you with another baby. Set aside your worries that your miscarriage might mean the end of your fertility. Just be more cautious and don’t expect something to go wrong when you are in your pregnancy after miscarriage.

Aches, pains, discomforts, mood swings, anxiety etc are part and parcel of pregnancy. Lower back pain in early pregnancy is one such symptom and not actually a cause for concern. Most women have the pain around waist level at the back or slightly above. Do not mix up this pain with the lower back pain which stretches down your thighs, leg and foot.

The uterus when it expands to accommodate the baby gets support from the pelvic area stretching the ligaments and straining the muscles. The lower back pain in early pregnancy is caused due to this strain and normally disappears when you are into the fifth month of pregnancy.

A gestational period for a normal and healthy pregnancy is 280 days or about 37 weeks or ten lunar months. To support the baby through the term a lot of changes occur in your body. The hormone production by the hormonal glands, placenta and the endocrine system increases to create the changes in the body. Blood flow to the reproductive organs increase and the abdominal area expands.

Causes: Basically lower back pain in early pregnancy is caused due to the production of hormone progesterone. This hormone softens the ligaments and makes the muscles soft to prepare for easy passage of baby. This softness results in decreasing the support of the spinal cord resulting in lower back pain. Sometimes the pain is also accompanied by spasmodic muscle pain or muscle cramps. Sometimes the lower back pain can be due to an infection in the urinary tract.

Remedies: Exercises are the best way to treat lower back pain in early pregnancy. Walking, swimming,mini-crunches and pelvic rocking are the suggested exercises.

Body posture is another important factor which will relieve lower back pain. Be erect while standing and sitting. Do not slouch or lean forward or hunch as these body postures will aggravate lower back pain. During the latter half of the pregnancy the center of gravity will shift forward but correct posture is advised then also.

Take a little nap everyday to refresh yourselves in mind and body. The little lie down will help relieve the lower back pain in early pregnancy. Placing a pillow between your legs while lying down will help further ease the pain.

Do not lift weights when you are pregnant. Heavy weights are a big NO, NO and if by any chance you are lifting a light weight bend at your knees and not at the spinal cord.

Remember that being pregnant does not mean you should follow a sedentary lifestyle unless there is a medical problem. Being active and keeping your body supple and fit is equally important for an easy delivery.

Having said the above let me say that lower back pain in early pregnancy usually subsides by the fifth or sixth month or end of second trimester. However women who undergo continued back pain should consult their doctor or medical care provider.

It is very normal to have lower back pain during early pregnancy. It is generally located at and above the waist in the center of the back. There is a study that shows that half of the pregnant women experience it. The way the hormone progesterone affects a woman’s body causes lower back pain during early pregnancy.

Around the 20th week of pregnancy, lower back pain during early pregnancy tends to disappear. You should see your obstetrician if you have chronic lower pack pain. She will surely know the best way to cure it and to determine what exactly is causing the pain.

Your back may feel worst at the end of the day because of the extra weight you’re carrying. If your growing uterus is pressing on the nerve, it may also cause back pain.

There are two kinds of lower back pain during early pregnancy. Lumbar pain occurs in the area of the lumbar vertebrae in your lower back and posterior pelvic pain is felt in the back of your pelvis. You may have experienced lumbar pain before you were pregnant.

Posterior pelvic pain can be worse when you are leaning forward while working at a desk or sitting in a chair. Women are more likely to have pain over their pubic bone.

There are still so many reasons for lower back pain during early pregnancy. Your center of gravity shifts forward and the weight you gain during early pregnancy may be bad for your back. In preparation for your baby’s birth, the hormone relaxin causes your joints to loosen and the ligaments between your pelvic bones to soften.

Often when walking up and down stairs, you may feel considerable discomfort on either side of your lower back. This is because of the structures that support your pelvic organs become more pliant.

To help decrease your suffering about lower back pain during early pregnancy, be proactive.

The elevation of the progesterone causes the softening of the supporting ligaments and disks. The pain you are experiencing may be ligament pain or a burning kind of pain in the lower quadrant. To relieve lower back pain during early pregnancy, you can try mini-crunches, pelvic rocking and even walking. Running can be hard on the back when you are pregnant. You can still maintain a good posture by making sure that you are standing or sitting straight.

To help ease lower back pain during early pregnancy, rest is also another vital factor. Also, while you are pregnant, you should practice safe lifting techniques.

There are so many reasons to get in shape during pregnancy. Improve your aerobic conditioning and seek appropriate treatment. You will need to manage the demands on your time and physical activity. You can do a lot of things without worrying to much on your lower back pain during early pregnancy as it is plainly normal.

Hence a pregnancy test is besides other criteria a detection of presence of normal HCG levels during early pregnancy. Soon after the zygote/embryo implants in the uterus this hormone which is produced by the placenta enters the stream of blood. Given below are the normal referrals for a pregnancy test.

HCG below 5mIU/ ml : Result : negative or not pregnant

HCG Between 5mIU and 25 mIU / ml: Result Inconclusive: may or may not be pregnant. Test to be repeated after a gap of at least 2 days for confirmation.

HCG above 25 mIU / ml: Result: Positive. The woman is pregnant.

So what does the presence of HCG indicate other then being pregnant? Normal HCG levels during early pregnancy have to steadily increase during pregnancy and hence the repeat test for confirmation and viability of pregnancy. The steady increase in levels of HCG especially in the first three months is an indication of a healthy pregnancy and if the HCG levels are too low then it is an indication of impending miscarriage. Of course later in the first trimester after the seventh week a healthy heart beat of the fetus is indicative of a healthy pregnancy.

Normal HCG levels during early pregnancy- Some facts:

1. In a normal and healthy pregnancy the HCG levels will become twice the amount in every two to three days. If you have 25mIU /ml on day one then you will have 50 mIU /ml on day three or day four.

2. During the second and third trimester the time taken to double HCG levels may increase to four days.

3. However it is very important to remember that in some cases normal HCG levels during early pregnancy is low and the woman can still have a healthy pregnancy and a good delivery. In such cases an ultra sound will give a clearer picture of the baby’s development and the progress of pregnancy.

4. The unit of measurement for hormone HCG is milli-international units per milliliter.

5. Normally an ultra sound is taken only during the end of second month. This is because the trans-vaginal ultrasound will then be able to detect the amniotic sac or the gestational sac because the normal HCG levels during early pregnancy would have gone above 1000 mIU/ml and be probably closer to 2000mIU/ml.

6. It is advisable not to depend on a single test of HCG levels. A series of tests done with a gap of at least two to three days can give more accurate results and reading of the pregnancy situation.

7. Since normal HCG levels during early pregnancy can differ from woman to woman, it is not proper to calculate the date of conception based on the HCG count.

8. The HCG tests for pregnancy are of two types. The “Qualitative” test for HCG will indicate its presence in the blood confirming or denying a pregnancy. The “Quantitative” test for HCG known as beta HCG will give you the levels of HCG present in the blood stream. This will be useful for any corrective action if necessary.

Each symptom will have some measures you can use to ease discomfort. First trimester pregnancy is an amazing transformation.

First trimester pregnancy symptoms usually appear during 1-2 weeks after you missed your menstrual period. Even the fetal movement can’t be detected until the 16 weeks post-conception.

You discover that you are now a mother to be because you missed your menstrual period. The cessation of period is the most obvious first trimester pregnancy symptom. On the other hand, there are also a number of reasons why women missed their menstrual period. It could be stress, reproductive disorders or menopause. You can confirm if you are really pregnant with an over-the-counter urine test and a medical exam.

Another common first trimester pregnancy symptom is breast soreness. Your breast may usually sensitive because of increased hormone production. This is common but is very normal during first trimester pregnancy! To ease the ache, get a soft cotton “sleep” bra.

Due to normal hormonal changes, many women suffer from nausea or vomiting during first trimester pregnancy. Choose foods that are easy to digest and are low in fat. Also, drink plenty of water. Have the approval of your obstetrician first before taking an alternative therapy. Let her know if you vomit blood or f the nausea is severe.

As you go along with your first trimester pregnancy, you may feel tired 24 hours a day. It is common during this stage. Just make sure that you have enough protein and iron.

Fatigue is due to increased blood volume up to 50 percent to supply blood to the fetus and your ovaries are producing progesterone, which also have a sedative effect. Take a catnap at your desk if you’re working all day.

Anemia is also one of the hidden causes of fatigue. The baby will take what it need from your baby, so enough iron is needed. To check your iron stores, your obstetrician will give a blood test during your first trimester pregnancy. She will surely prescribe a supplement if you don’t have enough.

Another first trimester pregnancy symptom is frequent urination. Your enlarging uterus presses on your bladder so you may need to urinate more often. Also, to flush wastes out of your body, your kidneys are working overtime. Drink less in the evening to lessen middle-of-the-night bathroom trips and to have a sound sleep. You can use panty liners that your urine will not leak. If you urine is dark in color, contact your obstetrician.

Digestion is slower during first trimester pregnancy. The hormone progesterone has a relaxing effect on the bowel. You can combat the effects of it by increasing your fiber intake.

Increased stomach acid is the result of slower digestion. A burning sensation is caused by the acid that goes into the esophagus.

You may feel dizzy or faint as normal circulatory changes in first trimester pregnancy. Pull over if you start to feel dizzy while you’re driving. Sit or lie down when dizziness attacks if you’re standing. Your blood flow increases during this stage leaving you feeling dizzy or faint.

There are still a lot of first trimester symptoms that was not mentioned here. It varies from one pregnancy to the other. It is a little scary when you are in your first trimester pregnancy. There are a wide range of feelings you will develop as you deal with first trimester pregnancy symptoms.

Early pregnancy week by week is a wonderful and exciting experience. It is the time wherein you can really feel the essence of womanhood. It is a life-changing event for most women!

Week 1 and 2
You are really not sure yet if you are pregnant or not during week 1 and week 2. This is still the time for ovulation and fertilization. When the ovaries release an egg, this is the ovulation period. If the egg will be fertilized, it will travel to the uterus and resides there for the next 40 weeks.

Your body is experiencing a lot of changes during the first weeks of pregnancy. You can feel ovarian discomfort during ovulation. You are fertile if your discharge is clear and most abundant.

Monitoring your body’s temperature is one way to tell if you are fertile during the first two weeks after your menstrual period. During ovulation, an increase of about .4 to .6 is normal.

You can identify your fertile time if you are jotting down your menstrual cycle since peak fertilization is during the second week after menstruation. Every woman has different experiences when it comes to the signs and symptoms of pregnancy.

Some signs and symptoms that you will encounter when you are pregnant are breast tenderness, increased fatigue, increased temperature and frequent need to urinate.

Week 3
Even though your baby is growing fast at this stage, you can’t still detect him/her through your naked eyes. There is also a possibility that you are conceiving a twin. When your ovaries released more than 1 egg, twin happens. When an egg is fertilized but was divided into two, identical twins develop. Identical have the same physical appearance and gender. There are a lot of possibilities that may occur in a woman’s body during this stage. It is really a memorable experience.

Week 4
Your baby is about .04 to .10 centimeters long. Although it is not that long but you can still consider it as an improvement!

During this stage, the fetus is developing. The ball of cells will be imbedded more deep into the lining of your uterus. The placenta is now forming as well as the amniotic cavity. Your baby’s body parts and other organs will eventually develop when several different layers of cells also develop in your body.

This is the start of the embryonic period. Usually, this stage is considered as the risky stage of development.

There are some substances that may damage or can bring harm to you developing fetus when you are in your week 4. You must avoid any potential pollutants or other threats at this stage. Always see your obstetrician to help you get more informed about other toxins that may affect the development of your baby. Always remember to put down cigarettes and stop drinking alcohol when you are pregnant. This may cause abnormalities to your baby.

Week 5
Week 5 is somewhat similar to week 4. You baby is continue growing in many ways! Many he/she is about the size of a grain of rice now.

Your baby is starting to form his skeletal. Every skeletal development varies from one baby to the other.

The most exciting event at this stage is what happening in the heart. From the mesoderm, the heart is formed. At this stage also, the umbilical cord and primitive placenta develop.

Week 6
Your baby is really growing! With the use of ultrasound, your baby will be measured based on the distance from the top of his/her head to his/her buttocks.

At this stage, your baby is starting to look life a human but not quite. He/she also has the capability of displaying reflexes with response to touch. The central nervous system is already developing and it links the muscles in the body with the limbs.

Week 7
Your baby is no longer have the size of the grain of rice but more likely of a small grape. A tongue and a mouth are forming in your baby! He/she is squirming in his/her home now, you just can’t notice it.

During this week, a slight development in fingers and toes are happening. Thin veins start to form beneath your baby’s skin and also the teeth are forming inside the mouth. To be able to produce red blood cells, the baby’s liver is working very hard at this stage.

Week 8
Your baby is probably about 14 to 20 mm long! As you continue with you pregnancy week by week, you notice that your baby is more like the size of a bean now. Few more weeks and soon you will be able to give birth to a full size baby!

Your baby is growing very fast at this stage. The arms and legs are becoming longer. The nerve cells starting to connect with one another so your baby’s brain is also maturing.

You maybe can’t see it now with your naked eyes but the tip of your baby’s nose is even formed in week 8. The lungs are not yet fully matured but are working hard at maturing.

Week 9
In week 9 your baby will about the size of a large grape, approximately 22 to 30 mm long. Your baby is really growing.

Arms, head, legs and torso are in place now. When you try to see your baby through an ultrasound, you will see a miniature of a human being with a very large head. Your baby’s organs and limbs are gradually forming and your baby will become heavier in the next few weeks. Your baby is starting to function completely! The mouth, nose and nostrils are now visible and your baby’s eyelids will shut.

Week 10
Your baby is now heavier and is really getting big! Your baby will measure approximately 31 to 42 mm long.

Your baby grows rapidly and is now less at risk for some abnormalities. Again, always remember that any exposure to harmful substances can damage your fetus. Stay away from wherein people are smoking to avoid second hand smoke.

Your baby’s organ is growing quickly. Brain, intestines, kidney and liver are start functioning, also the internal organs. Your baby is now kicking and swallows amniotic fluid!

Your baby’s liver is busy making blood cells and spinal nerves are now visible.

Week 11
Your angel is growing more and more. You can even hold him/her in the palm of your hand at this stage. He/she is about 4.06 cm and weighs about 7.09 g.

At this point, your baby is starting to form little buds and is now able to open and close his/her fists. She is continually squirming and kicking inside your tummy. She will undergo more rapid changes during this stage.

Week 12
Your baby is now 5.56 cm and weighs 14.18 g. during this week, the nerve cells of your baby is multiplying fast and your baby’s brain is starting to create hormones.

It is essential to learn what happens during early pregnancy week by week. Learning about how to care your baby’s health as well as yours will help you prepare as you deal with early pregnancy week by week.

Every woman experiences different early pregnancy symptoms. Some may never notice it at first; they may just think that their period is coming on again. But the truth is, they already experiencing early pregnancy symptoms. On the other hand, if you are really eager to get pregnant and you assumed that you are experiencing early pregnancy symptoms, you will be frustrated to realize that it is just only pre-menstrual symptoms.

If ever you are wondering if you are really pregnant or not, have a pregnancy test on your own. Here are some guidelines to help you become aware of the early pregnancy symptoms:

Missed Menstrual Period
Missed menstrual period is the most obvious early pregnancy symptom. This usually results to having doubts about your condition, if you are pregnant or not. If you experience this, you will have questions at the back of your mind as to what are the other early symptoms of pregnancy.

However, missed period does not justify that you are really pregnant since other factors may cause delayed or missed periods. Emotional or physical conditions may also be the cause.

Having an Intuition That You Are Pregnant
Most women believe in their instinct since they often proved it to be correct. There is a feeling that you are pregnant as you notice major differences in you. You may feel breast tenderness, low back pain or even mood swings.

Tender, Swollen Breasts
A tender, swollen breast is one of the remarkable early pregnancy symptoms. When you are getting dressed or just trying to be comfortable and have a sleep, you will notice this symptom. No need to worry as this is part of the new hormone levels you are encountering when you are pregnant. The sensations you will feel is somewhat similar when you are expecting your menstrual period, only more so.

When you are pregnant, your breasts are more sensitive since they have a vital role in childbirth. They are being prepared for breastfeeding. Swollen or tender breasts usually occur during 1-2 weeks of pregnancy. The areola becomes darker and nipples are often painful.

This is the first physical symptom of pregnancy. Those who have experienced getting pregnant before, they can even detect if they are pregnant again based on this symptom alone.

Fatigue
During noon time, you may feel like you want to lie down when you are working. This early pregnancy symptom is due to increase production of hormones estrogen and progesterone. It may vanish once your body already adjusted to the changes that it has going through.

Even when you are just in the office the whole day, you may feel like you have run in a marathon. This is because of the high-levels of progesterone. You can feel this early pregnancy symptom as early as first week.

A woman’s body is working very hard to keep up with the changes that occur during early pregnancy. The heart is pumping harder and faster to bring nutrients to the growing fetus. Most women experience extra fatigue during early pregnancy because of increased progesterone production. Progesterone is known as a natural central nervous system depressant. Emotional aspect is also one of the reasons for unusual tiredness and fatigue. During early pregnancy, a woman may just burst into tears for no reason at all.

Frequent Urination
A frequent visit to the restroom is one of the noticeable early pregnancy symptoms. A swelling uterus puts pressure on your bladder.

Nausea With or Without Vomiting
This can also be relating to morning sickness. Most women experience this after a month of being pregnant. When your body already adjusted to the changes it is going through, this symptom usually disappears during your second trimester. Nausea happens at any time of the day or night.

Feeling nauseated or morning sickness varies to most women. Some may never experience it while others always experience it throughout their pregnancy.

Faintness and Dizziness
This is somewhat surprising symptom. When you didn’t eat for a while you may feel faint. When you are pregnant, your baby’s main source of food is sugar. If you will not eat, you will surely have low blood sugar which results to faintness and dizziness.

Food Aversions or Cravings
Craving for unusual combination of foods is a well-known cliché. You may don’t want the smell of fried foods or coffee when you are pregnant. Food cravings are really normal at this stage. This usually happens in the first trimester in which hormonal changes are the most dramatic.

Food aversions or cravings can be an early pregnancy symptom but sometimes it is just a sign that your body is low on a particular nutrient. If you experience craving along with the other symptoms, start counting the days from your last menstrual period.

Most obstetrician recommend taking pure fish oil capsule and good pre-natal vitamin supplement to ease some cravings and prevent extra gain weight. If you are taking vitamins, food aversions or cravings may not be that strong. You need to be healthy when you are pregnant since there is already a growing person inside you. A food aversion is less well known but is really common symptom of early pregnancy. You will notice that the food you previously want doesn’t seem appetizing anymore.

Being Sensitive to Aromas
Being super sensitive to aromas is one of the early symptoms of pregnancy. This may be the result of estrogen flooding your body.

Mood Swings
This is surely a well-known symptom of early pregnancy and is somewhat related to nausea. There is also emotional adjustment for the new responsibility once you are pregnant. Mood swings are very transparent during first semester, but these are really normal.

When you are pregnant, a lot of instances come to mind. You may be thinking about your labor and delivery, the future cost of college, finances and other factors that affect your pregnancy. It is surely normal to feel excitement and depression. You just need understanding and support especially from your partner. But you also have to explain your mood swingS since you are the one doing most of the hard part. It is all a mystery to most men why you have mood swings.

Being pregnant is the most exciting moment to any woman. You maybe wondering what it feels to be one and what are the early symptoms of pregnancy. You can check if these symptoms apply to you or you can ask other people. Pregnancy symptoms vary from possible, probable and positive. Once you experience early pregnancy symptoms, have a pregnancy test at home and see your obstetrician to confirm your assumption.

Cramps in the abdominal area are quite common in many women during their menstrual cycle. However early pregnancy signs of stomach cramps are not as intense as the normal ones and it is like more of a tugging or pulling feeling of the stomach which can be caused due to expansion of the muscles to accommodate the expanding uterus. Normally these symptoms are not a cause for concern or worry.

Cramps – A miscarriage sign? Yes, the early pregnancy signs of stomach in the form of cramps are also sometimes an indication of impending miscarriage. Sometimes women go through a healthy pregnancy and delivery even with cramps and bleeding. So, if you have had cramps in your earlier pregnancies too, then you need not worry. However about 15% of pregnancies where cramps occur do end up in miscarriage especially if you do not consult a doctor at the first sign. Remember an early detection of signs can save miscarriage.

Severe cramps on one side of the body could be a sign of ectopic pregnancy wherein the embryo has implanted itself in that side of the fallopian tube instead of the uterus. Especially in an ectopic pregnancy one has to be extra careful when you see an early pregnancy signs of stomach because if the fallopian tube bursts internal bleeding will take place and it can be fatal to the mother. The tube can burst when you are well into your third month too.

Some symptoms of miscarriage in ectopic pregnancy can be abdominal pain, sever fatigue, vomiting, unusual bowel movement due to contraction and a very low pulse level caused due to internal bleeding.

Other symptoms of miscarriage in early pregnancy signs of stomach are: heavy bleeding similar to your normal menses, abdominal pain and the stomach feeling tender, continued vaginal spotting or streaking, foul odor and grayish and greenish color in your vaginal discharge, pain or strain felt during bowel movement, feeling of dizziness or continued bleeding along with discharge.
